"I was in an "emergency" situation and needed a gluten-free, vegan, corn-free and lil-free meal when I did a quick web search and found Valley Bistro. I called and spoke with the owner who was more than willing and creative in her offerings. I went with a grilled veggie salad and honestly- I eat a number of salads, but this salad was out this world and very fresh!”

"A hidden gem with quick service! We went on Sunday at 8:15 and were on our way home in about 25 minutes. The food was quickly prepared and it was delicious! My teenager had the red velvet pancakes and they were incredible. I had the 3 Little Pigs Omellete which was great. The potatoes were very tasty. At the end of breakfast, we were discussing when we are going back there and what we will try next time. It was that good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is attentive. You go to the counter, order and then sit down. We had our meals about 5 minutes after sitting down.”

"Since this place has opened up my brother and I have been going for lunch 2 - 4 times a week. The food is awesome and there are new specials every week on top of the large menu so there is always something new to try. The establishment is clean and recently renovated. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It is always a fun place where people are enjoying themselves and the food. Full of laughter and positive vibes. I have a gluten allergy and they have the absolute best gluten free buns, bread, and wraps.

"Whether you want breakfast or lunch there is always something different and great to eat. You can try one of the many different salads or wraps for something healthy or one of the many burgers and desserts if you want a treat. They also have great desserts including gluten free desserts to choose from. I Highly recommend!!”

"AMAZING food. I can't get enough of this place! Great menu, extremely friendly staff, clean, and very nice renovations! I go at least once a week and have never been disappointed. The owner and the staff couldn't be friendlier and truly make you feel welcome. They change out their specials every week so you never get bored and it keeps you coming back for more. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot if you haven't done so yet!”

“This place rocks! They serve breakfast all day I had the owner"s special which consists of two sweet delicious pancakes, choice of meat, grits or home fries, and two eggs. My wife and daughter had the special chicken sandwich which I had a taste of which was also scrumptious. We got there around 12 and had to wait a little bit for a table. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and everything was neat and clean. Their hours are daily 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and you can BYOB. Had the chance to meet the owner and she's such a sweet young lady and very appreciative of my comments that her food was so so good! You owe yourself a visit here!”
